Ingredients
  1. 2 lbs. cooked and chopped chicken
  2. ¾ tsp. Thyme
  3. ¼ tsp. allspice
  4. ¾ tsp. black pepper
  5. 2 cups chopped onion
  6. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  7. 2-14.5 oz. cans chopped tomatoes
  8. 1 small package, frozen carrots
  9. 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
  10. 2-10oz. packages frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  11. 2 cans cooked Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
  12. 1-14.5 oz. can chicken stock
Instructions
  1. Sauté onions and garlic.
  2. Add all other ingredients and pour into casserole.
  3. Cool, Cover, label, date and freeze
